If you treat your people like they have no choices, that's who you will end up working with. If you treat people like they can be inspired, grow and exceed expectations... watch out!
This has always been true in my career both as a professional and as a father. I'm very proud of the great people I have had the privilege to work with and my very own children. I look forward to the great surprises around the corner.
