Becky and I spotted a pork crown roast at a grocery store in Kirkland, WA and they got me thinking that I want to try one. The next weekend we were in Atlanta where Mango lives now with his wife, Kat. (left). Mango is always up for experimenting with cooking meat so we found a butcher that had a roast and cooked it up in Clifford and Lisa's oven one night.
Nothing like prk garnished with pork. It was a real crown pleaser.
